Disability Organisation that gives you the Choice and Network

My Choice and Network is an agency that supports people with disabilities and their families. We offer our participants the Choice and Network and provide them with opportunities and services to achieve their goals.  

The organisation was established by Omar Hassan, a registered social worker, in 2017 a former NDIS Planner. Omar recognised a massive gap where the client’s needs were not being met and wanted to be able to bridge that gap. So armed with this information, he decided to build an organisation that could link individuals with special needs to the right services.  

At My Choice and Network, we understand that the scheme can be very confusing, which is why we have found a team of great individuals to assist you in your plans. Once you receive the plan our Support Coordinators will help you with budgeting and finding suitable services.
